Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosingThe Lash Lounge for your lash and beauty services. Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of service and to ensure that all clients have access to appointments that fit their schedule. To help us achieve this, we have established the following cancellation policy: Appointment Confirmations All appointments will be confirmed via text, email at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations 48-Hour Notice: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur any charges. Less than 48-Hour Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost will be charged to your account. No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled depending on time constraints. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the associated fee will apply. Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be made at our discretion.
